Join Lauren Champagne and Mandy Goldman for a sweet celebration to honor the full strawberry moon! The strawberry moon is a reminder to cherish in the sweetest things in life as we head into summer, like sunshine, the ocean, and each other. Through cacao, journaling, reiki, and sound, we will tap into the love and compassion that already lives inside each of us; raising our vibrations and facilitating deep connection.

Space is limited. Please bring a journal and something to write with. You may also bring a pillow and blanket for the sound bath. 

A ceremonial serving of cacao will be served to all participants. The ceremonial cacao recipe may contain almond, cashew, coconut, maple syrup, salt and various spices. 

45 minutes for cacao + journaling

45 minutes for sound bath 

End with chocolate covered strawberries
